Title:Real Estate Lender

Description:The Real Estate Lender is responsible for the origination, underwriting, and closing of secured Real Estate loans for both in-house and the secondary market, while staying in accordance with the established lending objectives, policies and procedures, with the ability to display top-notch customer service skills in order to develop and maintain new and established business relationships throughout the community in order to appropriately refer additional products and services. Candidates must be self-motivated with the ability to attend functions within the community on a regular basis. Bachelor’s Degree with focus in Finance and Accounting; or 3-5 years lending experience is preferred. Candidates must be registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry.
Title:Assistant Personal Banker

Description:The Assistant Personal Banker position performs duties related to initiating, maintaining, and expanding relationships with our customer base. Assistant Personal Banker primary responsibilities center on developing and maintaining deposit and consumer loan relationships, while selling appropriate products and services, with the ability to display and support top notch customer service skills. 1-3 years' bank teller or operations experience or equivalent experience and/or education in direct customer contact (retail sales or customer service), procedures, and policies is preferred.
Title:Customer Care Team Specialist

Description:The Customer Care Team Specialist position is the first point of contact for our customers via phone and/or other electronic means of communication. Primary responsibilities center around the ability to handle transactions, answer customer inquiries, quickly decipher the customer’s needs, and effectively and clearly communicate the best solutions to our customers. Must display a genuine desire to assist customers and have the knowledge to answer inquiries with professionalism. Must demonstrate the ability to continue to develop with in the position in order to take on additional tasks and responsibilities. Associates degree with course work in basic accounting or financial services is preferred; plus 1 year of Customer Service, Banking and or financial experience is desired. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
