Janine Brinker

From soccer coach to lending professional, Janine Brinker brings a wide range of skills and experience to The Callaway Bank. Prior to joining the organization in 2013, she graduated from William Woods University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Social Work. She originally served as a personal banker until 2015 when finding her true passion in lending. As a result, she transitioned her focus to loan origination and processing before returning to The Callaway Bank in 2017. 

Janine sets the bar for dedication in her day-to-day life. She is known for her incredible level of commitment, serving the needs of banking customers as well as supporting her fellow team members. When combined with her extensive skill set, these qualities have rightfully earned her the role of Director of Loan Operations. “I love working at TCB because I get to have a positive impact on our community through improving and providing better products and services to our clients.” 

Outside of the office, she commits the same level of passion to fitness and health coaching. During the summer months, you can catch Janine exploring new frontiers on road trips, cooling off on hot days with a swim, and spending time with her girls playing outside. Additionally, Janine is a volunteer coach for her daughter’s soccer team, working to teach the kids about collaboration, discipline, and the power of hard work.
