Monthly Card Game Events

  • Fulton Pokeno Training– Come learn to play! This free event is held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday starting at 12:00 pm at our South Fulton location.
  • Columbia Pokeno Training– Come learn to play! This free event is held the 1st Tuesday of every month starting at 12:00 pm at our Chapel Hill location.
  • Pokeno Game in Columbia– Free event held at 1:00 pm on the 1st Tuesday of every month at our Chapel Hill location.
  • Pokeno Game in Fulton– Free event held at 1:00 pm on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at our South Bank.
  • Card Game in Fulton– Free event held at 1:00 pm on the 1st Monday of every month at our South Fulton location. The games change each month.
  • Card Game in Mokane– Free event held at 12:00 pm on the 3rd Monday of every month. The games change each month.

  • Concert: Homegrown Holidays. A Christmas Concert with the Kay Brothers December 15. 6 to 8 p.m. // Tickets: $10 in advance; $12 at the door

Gold Leaf Special Event and Tours Return Policy:
All Gold Leaf Club events must be paid in full at least 30 days in advance. If you are unable to attend an event you have signed up for, please notify us immediately. While we will make every effort to refund your money we may not be able to refund part, or all, of your ticket price depending on the situation of that particular event. Each Gold Leaf Club event is different in regards to whether or not deposits are required to secure the Gold Leaf’s participation. These individual situations are what will determine whether we are able to refund your ticket.  The further out from an event we are notified, the more likely we will be able to make a full refund.

⁵Courtesy Pay Overdraft Protection charges $32.50 per item overdrawn. The fee may be imposed for covering overdrafts created by check, in-person withdrawal, ATM withdrawal or other electronic means. ATM and everyday debit card transactions will be covered only if prior authorization is on file with the bank. Negative balances must be made current within 30 days but will be subject to a $3.00 per day fee beginning the 3rd day the account is negative. Overdrafts are paid at the sole discretion of the bank. Overdrafts may not be paid if your account is not in good standing.

How do I purchase a Savings Bond?

The Bureau of the Public Debt announced that as of January 1, 2012, paper savings bonds will no longer be sold at financial institutions.  For more information visit www.treasurydirect.gov.

How do I transfer funds between accounts?

You can transfer funds through your online banking, call 800.446.2265, or visit any bank location.

How do I re-order checks?

You can order online at www.ordermychecks.com, call 800.355.8123, you can drop off your check reorder slip (located on the top of your book of checks) at any bank lobby location, or you can contact Customer Care Team at 800.446.2265.

How do I order checks for the first time?

New customers can stop by any bank lobby location or call Customer Care Team at 800.446.2265 to make their first check order.

How do I manage my points?

Reward members will receive an annual print statement with point totals and can redeem for prizes via the customer service center at 573.592.6399, 573.447.5415, or toll free 877.446.7937. You can also manage your rewards account through the website by registering online and receive a monthly eStatement.  To get started you will need to register online at www.callawaybankrewards.com, or call Callaway Bank Rewards service center.

How do I sign up for Callaway Bank Rewards?

You are automatically enrolled into the Callaway Bank Rewards program at no cost when you open an Ultimate Checking® account or any business checking account with a debit card.

How do I increase the daily spending limit on my debit card?

Come in to speak to a Personal Banker or contact Customer Care Team at 800.446.2265 to increase your daily spending limit.

How do I dispute a charge on my account?

Come into any bank lobby location and we will walk you through the process of disputing fraudulent activity.

How do I place a stop on a check?

Call 800.446.2265 or stop by any bank lobby location.

If you need to stop a check payment you will need to know the following information:

  • Amount on the check
  • Date on the check
  • Number of the check
  • Who the check was made out to
What should I do if I can’t remember my PIN for my debit card?

To reset your pin, please call our automated system at 800.992.3808.

What should I do if I have lost my debit card?

Come into any bank lobby location as soon as you can so that we can close the lost debit card and print a new one for you. For after hours lost or stolen debit cards, call 800.472.3272 so that your card can be canceled to avoid any fraudulent charges.
