  1. To enter: The Callaway Bank is the sponsor of the “Welcome to the Neighborhood” Sweepstakes, which begins at 9:00 a.m. CST April 20, 2026, and ends at 12:00 p.m. CDT May 20, 2026(“Sweepstakes Period”). You may enter at any time throughout the Sweepstakes Period until 12:00 p.m. CDT May 20, 2026, by visiting our Ashland Branch at 14775 Silver Snipe St., Suite A, Ashland, MO 65010 and filling out an entry form. You may also enter by mail by writing your name, home address, phone number(s) where you can be reached, and email address, (if applicable), on a 3X5″ card and mailing it in an envelope to, “Welcome to the Neighborhood” Sweepstakes, c/o The Callaway Bank, Attn: Marketing, P.O Box 10 Fulton, MO 65251.” Your entry must be received by no later than 12:00 p.m. CST on May 20, 2026. There is a limit of one entry per person during the contest period. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these promotion rules. All qualified entries will be identified by The Callaway Bank marketing department, whose judgment of eligibility is final.
  2. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Missouri who have reached the age of 18 as of April 20, 2026. The Callaway Bank employees and immediate family are NOT eligible to participate in the promotional drawing. Immediate family is defined as any spouse, parent, child, or sibling, along with any other family member living in the Callaway Bank employee’s home. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  3. Winner: One winner will be chosen by a random drawing on or about May 21, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. A Callaway Bank employee will contact the winner by phone and/or email to schedule a pickup time for their prize within 30 days of notification.
  4. Odds: Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
  5. Prize: There will be (1) one prize package awarded, approximately valued at $550, which includes a Yeti Tundra cooler, a $50 gift card to Midway Golf and Games, and a variety of bank swag.
  6. Prize Restriction: All prize details not specified herein are at the discretion of The Callaway Bank. Prize is not transferable or assignable. No substitution or cash redemption of any prize (or portion of prize) permitted, except at the sole discretion of The Callaway Bank. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes and other fees on the prize, and any and all other expenses, licenses, registrations, and obligations relating to the acceptance and use of the prize.
  7. Prize Claim: Winner will be notified by phone and/or email and will be asked to complete and sign a publicity and liability release. Winner must claim their prize and sign the completed release within 30 days, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Ten (10) alternate drawings will be held after which the prize will not be awarded if it is not claimed in accordance with the promotional rules.
  8. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to: a.) abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of The Callaway Bank, which shall be final in all respects; and b.) release, discharge, and hold harmless The Callaway Bank and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees of The Callaway Bank (collectively, the “Releasees”), from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, participant agrees that: a.) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any program or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, The Callaway Bank reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent of the law. By entering, all entrants agree that this Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Missouri with venue in Callaway County, Missouri, for the resolution of all claims and disputes. The Callaway Bank’s failure to enforce the terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver.
  9. Limitation of Liability: The Callaway Bank is not responsible for computer, printing, typographical, human or other errors, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the prize, the processing of entries or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries or postage-due mail entries. If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of being implemented as planned, or computer viruses, malware, software glitch or tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, actions of entrants, technical failures, or any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, The Callaway Bank reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and entry or entrant and or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and at its sole discretion award a prize from among all eligible non-suspect entries validly received prior to the action requiring such modification.

Winner List & Official Rules: A copy of these Official Rules can be obtained by visiting The Callaway Bank in person or by mailing a request to The Callaway Bank at its address. For the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request (please specify rules or winner’s list) to : The Winners List or Rules, c/o The Callaway Bank “Welcome to the Neighborhood” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 10, Fulton, MO 65251. Requests must be received by 12:00 p.m. CDT June 30, 2026. The winner’s name will be sent when the drawing has been conducted, and the winner has been verified.
