Have You Activated Your New Debit MasterCard?

At the end of last year, we switched from Visa® Check Cards to Debit Mastercards® for all of the debit cards for our checking accounts. With that change, all of our customers who had an active debit card should’ve received a new Debit Mastercard with chip security. You can read all about the benefits of the new chip security here.

With our switch to Mastercard, our partnership with Visa will officially end on March 1, 2017.  That means all of our Visa Check Cards will no longer function after that date. If you’re still using your Visa Check Card as your primary debit card for your Callaway Bank account, you’ll need to activate and begin using your new Debit Mastercard immediately to ensure uninterrupted access to your funds.

If you have misplaced or never received a new Callaway Bank Debit Mastercard, please contact our Customer Care Team at your earliest convenience.
